You will also agree to absolutely and release and indemnify My Fare Finders, its affiliated companies, employees, directors, officers, partners, licensees, and agents of the Platform and Services from any claims, liabilities, obligations, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that may arise due to your use of the Platform and Service, your breach of these Terms & Conditions and infringement of any third parties rights at large.
